1. Return Policy
Unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise may be returned for a refund up to 15 days after the date of receipt, but only with a Return Authorization number (see return instructions). Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge and original shipping charges (if shipped free of charge). Items must be returned via a trackable method. We suggest customers use either UPS, FedEx or the USPS / Signature Required.

We will not charge a restocking fee and we will refund shipping charges only if we made a mistake in the shipment of your order.

At this time, we only process returns and do not offer exchanges. If you desire to make an exchange, please return your merchandise and place a new order at www.gravitee.com at your convenience.

The credit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the return amount. Once a return is received by Gravitee, it may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your credit card statement.

All sales final on sale and discounted items.

2. Return Instructions
Please send an email to webservice@gravitee.com with the following information:

Order Number/Customer PO Number
Date that you received your order
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed in new condition.
Model Name and Style Number of the item(s)
Color and Size of the item(s)

You will then receive a Return Authorization number by return e-mail. Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box near the shipping label. Items must be returned via a trackable method. We suggest customers use either UPS, FedEx or the USPS / Signature Required.
